We use our skills to help clients analyze potential or current sites using a "center of the Earth to celestial" approach beginning with Boundary Data of your property as well as adjacent properties. Depending on the details desired, we begin with supervision of boundary establishment/verification, oversee professional title research, and analyze for easement/use encroachments, etc.

Once the "lay of the land" is established, a multifaceted analysis, as desired, is completed with basic reporting of aquifers, geology, soils, objectionable views, sounds, odors, etc. as well as how to best deal with them using the site and its orientation to a pleasing effect and often becoming features of the site.

Basic reports generally include various aspect aerial imagery showing the property in it's surrounding environment inclusive of many aspects of potential from building sites to lakes and streams and suggestions on how to best use all the features of the site to its full potential as directed in your statement of needs.

Many of our clients have stated that this first step in ownership was one of the wisest investments in the property made as it provides the canvas for a long term Master Plan that they are able to use to prioritize expenditures in a more pleasing and less wasteful effort.
